OPERATIONS MANUAL

We would like to remind you that registering your booth construction company in the Operations Platform is mandatory in order to continue with the document upload process and request construction badges.

Without completing this step, you will not be able to access the setup area nor build your booth.

🔴 Important: Renders and documents will NOT be accepted via email or WhatsApp.

All documentation must be uploaded directly to the new platform. We recommend completing the registration as soon as possible to avoid delays.


Required Steps 

1. Construction Company Registration
(To be completed by the exhibitor)

Access the Operations Platform and register the company that will build your booth.

Login details were sent directly from the system.

2. Document Upload
(To be completed by the stand contractor)

Once registered, the stand contractor will receive an email with their login credentials.

They will be responsible for uploading all the required documentation (render, structural engineer approval, insurance policy) to obtain the committee’s approval and request setup/dismantling badges.

⚠️ Important:

  • All exhibitors must complete this process without exception.
  • Even if you are only installing basic furniture or minor structures, registration and document upload are mandatory.
  • If this step is not completed, the construction company will not be allowed to enter the venue nor build the booth.
  • The organizing committee is not responsible for any issues resulting from non-compliance, as stated in the participation contract.
