Stands with institutional or customized setup with RX SOLUTIONS

  • Managed by RX. Subject to prior validation with the team.

Entry of exhibition vehicles (with prior authorization)

  • To be confirmed according to vehicle size and construction plan
  • Documentation must be sent in advance for approval and confirmation of entry schedule.

They must registrer  directly in Exhibitor Hub under the "Banges" option. If you need more badges you can purchase them directly in the Exhibitor Hub portal under "Buy Badges" 

You can registrer after the suggested date or even during the event throught the Exhibitor Hub plataform. However, we strongly  recommend doing it in advance to avoid any issues. 

Once your badge is registered. you will receive it by email 15 days before the event. You will be able to print it at home/office to avoid delays during the event. 

These must be requested directly from your Account Executive, who will review your case and avaliability. 

Yes. All personnel entering and/or remainning in your stand and on the exhibition floor during the event must wear their exhibitor badge at all times. 

You must registrer your booth construction company in the operations portal and upload the required documents before January 16th.

  • Render  with general measurements, height, and depth. 
  • Thechnical sheet of materials and weights.
  • Civil liability insurence policy.
  • Structural calculation issued by a DRO (applies only in the followwing cases):
    • Two-story stands.
    • Plataforms/raised floors.
    • Structures 1 meter high or more.
    • Structures supporting LED screens of 6 m2 or larger. 

Check with your stand provider to confirm whether they already include this policy (most construccion companies do). If not, your company must acquire it from the insurer of your choise. The policy is mandatory for all companies, regardless of stand size or type except for exhibitors who purchased their stand directly from RXsolutions (Organizing committee).

Yes, the insurence  policy is mandatory for all exhibitors. It protects your against any incident related to your participation in the event. 

Yes. Wearing your exhibitor badge is mandatory. In addition, your construction company must generate its own badges to enter the venue.

Yes. You most enter with proper safety equipment: Safety helmet and closed-toe shoes. 

Entry to the venue will be through DOOR 4, designated for exhibitors and contractors who need to unload materials, stands equipment, or products. Acces to loading docks is subject to capacity. 

ELECTRICITY, FOOD & BEVERAGE, INTERNET, RIGGING, CLEANNING, DRAINAGE

At the General Services Office of Centro Banamex, located between Hall B and Hall C.

Wired and wireless internet service is exclusive to Centro Banamex. Exhibitors are not allowed to install any type of wireless network.

No. This service is exclusive to the venue and must ve contracted directly with Centro Banamex. If the venue or committee detects external food or beverage (including catering services), a penalty may be applied based on the venue's pricing.

If you need electrical installations different flom or additional to those included by the orfanizer, you can request them for an extra cost at the Additional Services Form on (page 41) of the Exhibitor Manual.  

The committee provides cleaning for common areas only. Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning their own stand. If you need additional cleaning services, you must hire them directly with Centro Banamex or handle it independently.

Each exhibitor is responsible for coordinating the shipping, receiving, and handling of their merchandise for the event. Neither the venue nor the committee receives. stores, or manages the reception of materials. 

Yes, you may rent it from Centro Banamez or RXsolutions, depending on availability. 

You may enter 2 hours before the event begins, only if you are wearing your exhibitor badge.

Yes. Refer to the prices in the Exhibitor Manual (page 74). To make your payment, present your exhibitor badge at the modules located at the back of the hall (next to the restrooms).
