Expo Seguridad México is a business platform where you can present your products and solutions, developing new business relationships.
Reed Exhibitions exhibitors have reported receiving solicitations from vendors NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or Expo Seguridad regarding attendee list sales, and stand design/build-out.
EXHIBITORS BE ALERT
Our shows are target to fraudulent companies and individuals that gather email information from the web (scraping) and contact our exhibitors and clients posing as official vendors.
We remind you to be especially careful when hiring any supplier that does not come from the list of Official Vendors provided by Costumer Experience executives.
The Organizing Committee will never send e-mails from an account without our corporate domain such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.
It is important to highlight that the email list of Expo Seguridad México and Expo Seguridad Industrial attendees is not available for purchase. Any request that claims to have the email list of the participants in Expo Seguridad is fraudulent, as Reed Exhibitions does not sell or rent the email list of the attendees at any time.
We ask you to notify us if you receive an email claiming to sell attendee data or to act as a third-party representative of the exhibitor directory.
We advise you not to try to interact with such offers and be careful when dealing with emails from accounts without a corporate domain such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc. as well as those of the following companies / domains:
International Fairs Directory (Inter-Fairs.com), Expo Guide, FairGuide.com, ConstructDataVerlag.com, MarketingInfoZone.com, ZoomAppend.com, DataMarketMedia.com, WisdowTargets.com, WWTechData.com
We are sorry for the inconvenience these spammers cause you, we also receive these emails
On occasion, we've received reports from exhibitors who booked hotel rooms or trips through third parties to notify that they, unfortunately, realized that their reservations and deposits had not been made and, in some cases, entire stays were not reimbursed.
Additionally, complaints are reported from those who booked through a "pseudo travel agency" and ended up in sold-out hotels without reservations and resources to pay for their rooms. These agents falsely claim to be affiliated with the exhibition's organizing committee and have kept deposits or the full payment of the lodging of the exhibiting companies.
The official hosting agency for Expo Seguridad is BTC, and it has no affiliation with any other agent or travel agency. BTC is the only company officially designated and certified by Reed Exhibitions for the reservation of rooms on behalf of its exhibitors and visitors.
