1.What's included in my space?
Booth cost includes:
- Lateral walls (except booths located on corners) covered with white
formic both sides.
- Booth identification sign (Company's name and booth number, no logo).
- Heavy duty carpet (booth and aisle area).
- 2 polarized electrical outlets (110 volts) per 100 sq. ft.
- 1 fluorescent lamp 2 x 39 watts (must have canopy to install).
- A space to store empty boxes.
- Perimeter security services.
- Promotion of exhibits products and services of your company in the
Exhibitor's Directory.
- Description of your company, products and services and booth number
in the Exhibitor's List link in the webpage.
- Your company's name and booth number on the Floor Plan link.
- Complimentary exhibit staff ID Badges.
- Special hotel rates.
2. What are the set up hours?
Exhibitors with booths 20 * 30 or larger - Saturday April 18, 2009 14:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Exhibitors with booths 20 * 20 or larger - Sunday April 19, 2009, 8:00 - 14:00 hrs.
All Exhibitors
Sunday April 19,2009, 14:00 - 22:00
Monday April 20, 2009 8:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Tuesday April 21, 2009 8:00 - 12:00 hrs.
All crates and packaging materials are to be removed by Tuesday, April 21, with installation complete at 12:00 hrs. Exhibit Management will not allow any move-in of exhibits after this time nor during show hours. Only Exhibitors and Independent Manufacturers Representatives will be allowed in the exhibit area prior to the daily exhibit opening. Dismantling and packing of displays is prohibited prior to the official closing of exhibits. For safety, children under 16 years of age are not permitted on the show floor during set-up.

Thursday April 23, 2009 14:00 - 20:00 hrs.
Note. Access to students is limited to Thursday April 24 from 17:00 to 20:00 hrs. No one under 18 years of age is allowed in the exhibit hall.
