1. Booths under 200 sq.ft. or smaller includes:
- 2.5 m high, lateral (except booths located on corners) and rear walls covered with white formic both sides
- Blue heavy duty carpet
- 1 fluorescent lamp 2 x 39 watts (must have canopy to install).
- 1 double polarized electrical outlets (1000W , 110V, 10A )
Additionally but optional, it may include fascia board and label with company name and booth number, as long as it is solicited in time by filling the Booth Specifications Form in the On Line Exhibitors Manual.
2. Booths larger than 200 sq.ft. includes only 2 double polarized electrical outlets. These booths do NOT include carpet, lateral or back walls, fascia board or label.
Additionally includes but optional, the following:
- 200 printed invitations to send to your customers and prospects upon request, which will be sent to once booth is fully paid.
- Electronic invitation with companies’ logo to e-mail to your customers and prospects.
- A pre-defined amount of Exhibitor badges for the companies’ staff, depending on the booth size.
- Your companies’ products and services description listed in the Exhibitors Directory, to reinforce your participation even after the exhibition dates.
Other complimentary services when contracting your booth:
- Personnel to assist you during exhibition.
- Aisle carpets and the respectively maintenance.
- A designated area to store empties.
- 24 hour security inside exhibition hall during set up, exhibition hours and dismantling.
2. What privileges do I have as an exhibitor?
- Special hotel and flight fares.
- Special venue’s parking rates.
- Access to Exhibitors Lounge to take breaks and or get a snack or beverage.
- Access to use the Internet Lounge

How many badges do I get with my booth?
Every exhibitor gets 6 badges for the first 9 sq.m. contracted and 3 more badges for every additional 9 sq.m.

IMPORTANT: Badges will only be printed with all the information complete. No badges will be printed without name. Changes or replacements without cost will not be done.
5. Where can I pick up my badges?
Badges will be delivered in the Exhibitors Service Desk located at the registration area outside the exhibition hall, in the concourse of Centro Banamex. Badges delivery will begin on Monday 19 at 10:00 hrs. until 20:00 hrs., and from Tuesday 20 through Thursday 22, from 13:00 to 20:00 hrs. The Exhibitors Service Desk hours are:

What is the cost for additional badges, and how and where can I get them?
Additional Badge cost is $ 50.00 pesos each and can be requested through the Exhibitor Badge Request Form or directly at the Exhibitors Service Desk during the exhibition days.

Can I somehow get a show attendees list?
The attendees’ list is not for sale. To get the information of all attendees that visits your booth, consider renting a lead retrieval so you may scan your attendees badges and have control of their information, needs, interests and requirements of your leads.

What are the dates for set up, exhibition and dismantle?
Set up
Saturday 17 from 09:30 hrs. through Tuesday 20 until 13:00 hrs.
Exhibition
Tuesday 20 through Thursday 22 from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs.
Tear down
Thursday 22 from 20:00 to 22:00 hrs. and Friday 23 from 08:00 to 14:00 hrs

Can I begin setting up my booth any of these days?
No. Schedules are assigned depending on the space contracted. The bigger your booth is, the sooner you will enter the exhibition hall. Schedules are:

Which venues access should contractors use to enter to the exhibition hall to work in my booth?
At setting up, all contractor vehicles should use Access No. 5 to enter the loading area, which is at the Conscripto Av. Once inside must find the designated loading dock depending on the location of the contracted booth. Access to exhibition hall to introduce or remove exhibition materials must be done through the assigned loading dock.
11. Do I have to generate an inventory of the exhibition materials?
Materials that should be inventoried to enter it to the exhibition hall is limited only to electronic equipments (cameras, alarms, HDTV's, etc.). It is not mandatory to include promotional brochures, furniture, decorations, booth decorator tools or structures, etc. All items such as cell phones, keys, purses, wallets, personal cameras and camcorders, etc. are responsibility of each Exhibitor.
12. During set up, exhibition and dismantling, will there be personnel from the Organizer Committee to help us out in case we need it? Where will we find them?
TDuring the hours of set up, exhibition and dismantling, there will always be staff available to help you out in anything you need and solve your doubts regarding your participation at the expo. You will find in the exhibition layout the specific location of any vendor, supplier and assigned Organizer Committee staff depending on your booth location.
13. How can I access to the On Line Exhibitors Manual?
Every exhibitor will receive an e-mail with all the instructions to access to the On Line Exhibitors Manual.
14. Can I get a pdf version of the Exhibitors Manual?
A PDF version of the Exhibitors Manual will be available to download in the On Line version, in the Consultation Documents.
15. Is there a due date to fill the formats in the On Line Exhibitors Manual?
Each format has a due date assigned and is indicated next to each format in the Fill-in Forms section of the On Line Exhibitors Manual.
16. Can I download all formats, print, fill and fax them o e-mail them?
We strongly suggest to be filled directly fron the On Line Exhibitors Manual. Once done, you may print them to create a Show Carpet. If you rather download the forms and e-mail them, you may do it as long as it’s typed or printed, however, eventhough our staff is experienced in transcribing, we do not guarantee the accuracy of your information.
17. What happens if I don’t fill in on time the Manual formats?
Since each form has a due date assigned that has to be respected, if not, the system automatically blocks the format and you will only be able to get that service by contacting directly to the provider of that service or during the set up days. The service will be subject to availability from the provider and will cause an additional charge. Regarding the following forms:
- Exhibitors Directory Form: You still may appear in an Addendum if your information and payment is made before april 10.
- Booth Specifications Form: this service will be calculated at the request moment and must be paid on site in order to done.
- Badge Request Form: You must have to make the request directly at the Exhibitors Service Desk. Each badge will cost $ 50.00 pesos.
- Other Suppliers Forms: You must request their services directly to each vendor during the set up days, and The service will be subject to availability from the provider and will cause an additional charge.
18. How and where can I get printed invitations to send to my customers and prospects to attend my booth?
You may request them by filling the Invitations Request in the on Line Exhibitors Manual.
19. Can I get a personalized electronic invitation to e-mail it to my customers and prospects?
Also you may request them by filling the Invitations Request in the on Line Exhibitors Manual.
20. Do the Organizer Committee can send electronic invitations on my behalf if I provide the e-mail listing?
Yes. You may request this service by filling the Invitations Request in the on Line Exhibitors Manual.

23. If I hire any company to build my booth, should I register all personnel that will be working in my booth? What are the requisites to fulfill?
Yes. As an exhibitor you must register the company hired to build your booth by filling the Booth Specifications Form in the On Line Exhibitors Manual.
Every exhibitor must register to all companies subcontracted using a the Booth Specifications Form that you will find in the On Line Exhibition Manual. All exhibitor and booth decorator personnel assigned to work on the assembly and dismantling of the booths must be of legal age and carry an ID that shows so in order to generate the registration for setting up hours. Every booth decorator must designate a responsible of their staff with regard to any damage or problems caused by their personnel or the personnel of their contractors. Any damage caused to the facilities or to another EXHIBITOR must be paid for immediately.

No. We strongly recommend NOT to use this services through companies such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc. All products sent to Mexico are checked and revised at Customs and they will ask the exhibitor to be there personally to make the import papersworks and pay taxes.

29. What is the venue weight resistance limit?
2.5 Tons/m2. In case you require entering heavy equipment or machinery that exceeds the weight limit, you should request an authorization letter from the Exhibition Committee, whom will evaluate it in conjunction with the venue to define the viability under the indications established by the authorized personnel of the venue. The exhibitor will be responsible to hire special equipment for this maneuver without causing damages to the venue or other exhibitors booths.
30. Which is the allowed booth height limit?
Booths under 200 sq.ft. or smaller have walls of 2.5 m high and its decorations must not exceed this height.
Booths larger than 200 sq.ft., it’s decoration must not block the visibility of other booths, neither venues signage banners, emergenci exits and/or aisles. The allowed height is 6.00 m.
31. If I plan to build a 2 floor structure booth, what requisites should I accomplish?
The use of 2 floor structures is limited to booths equal or larger than 36 m2 (40 sq.mt.). The structure under no circumstances may exceed the contracted space at its base and height, including the materials used for construction and decoration.
32. Can I enter food during the exhibition to my booth to give away to attendees?
Centro Banamex reserves all food and beverage concession rights to operate or provide food and beverage service within the facilities complex. Service is provided in THE EXHIBITION area, the conventions area, in the restaurants, cafes and all those outlets designated for this service. It is strictly prohibited the entry of all outside food and beverages, whether for consumption by the EXHIBITOR and/or is provided for sale or given away free to the visitors. The exhibitor may request this service directory with Additional Services by filling the Food & beverage Order Form in the On Line Exhibitors Manual.
33. If I carry my laptop, should I register it to enter the exhibition hall? How can I make faster this process?
Every person who wishes to access the exhibition hall carrying a laptop will have to register it in the registration module located at each access to the show. In order to make it fast, please consider the following suggestions to be prepared at your arrival.
1. Have at hand your photo ID
2. This info will get registrated: 1. Name, 2. Phone number, y 3. Laptop brand
3. Your badge will be scanned
4. A laptop bar code will be scanned
5. Two stickers will be printed and attached to the equipment
6. A registration form will be printed including: 1. Laptop brand, 2. Eq. Serial Number, 3. Name and 4. Badge's ID
7. A copy of this form will be handed out to the registrant
To exit the exhibition hall carrying the equipment registered, you will only be asked to show your registration form to verify through a scan the ownership of it. The registration module hours will be:
